The chiller can reach temperatures in the low 40°F range and even down into the high 30°F under optimal conditions, though reducing external heat sources will improve the chiller’s performance. Ambient temperatures and sun exposure significantly affect the heat load on a cold therapy tub. Even in full sun or less-than-ideal conditions, maintaining a low to mid-40°F temperature is achievable with this setup.
